The manager Arshad Khaliq's behaviour was too rude I visited the hotel to book a ring ceremony function I like the management and property but I didn't book the hall because of the behaviour of Arshad. I also checked previous chats many people also tell the same thing that the behaviour of Arshad was very bad, I suggest the management please take action on it

I go to this hotel stay for 3 days and what I get from them fresh water 24 hours and room is good and prices are better from other hotels if you finding cheap hotels then go to this hotel gala galaxy

I am extremely grateful to Arshad Khaliq and Akhilesh Kumar Singh, the general manager, for their exceptional care during my Roka ceremony on 9th December. They were incredibly supportive, and all the guests had only positive things to say about the hospitality, food, cleanliness, and service at the venue. The food was delicious and served hot, with the staff ensuring every guest was taken care of from the beginning to the end. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I hope to have all the rooms booked for my wedding day so that my guests can enjoy the excellent service provided by Arshad, Akhilesh, and the entire Gala Galaxy staff. This way, I can have a stress-free wedding day knowing that everything will be taken care of. Thank you all.

The decor was nothing short of overwhelming, creating a truly festive atmosphere. The party hall was beautifully arranged, and every detail seemed carefully thought out. The highlight, however, was the food. The Veg Jalfrezi was an absolute delight, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. Good service and clean rooms

Booked this place for my son’s first birthday celebration and the experience was really good. They have a huge hall with proper lighting which is enough to accommodate around 150 people with 60-70 sitting. Food was very tasty and hygiene was maintained well.
