I was in bareilly and have to catch morning train so about to book this hotel through Oyo online at night around 11 pm luckily I decided to first visit and see the hotel, there he denied to oyo booking , said oyo se kaam band ho gaya hai and if I would have book online my money would be lost, He take around double money than showing in oyo... Rooms are small and I reliaze later that only couples go there for enjoyment purpose. Family should avoid.

Worst experience of staying in hotel or in guest house. Very dirty rooms, toilet and other facilities. No TV. Don't stay here if you are looking hygienic and good place to stay. #OYO should not register in their list of guest house and hotel.

Very bad the picture of this hotel was shown in online booking it was not like that rooms were different from picture and they abused us and toilet water leaking in my room we booked at evening 7o'clock and I booked for 24 hours and I should checkout at morning 7o'clock and second room was so stinking like garbage and in bed sheets there were burnt holes and charging socket was also shocked and I said that water taste was so bad but they said it is purified water & they gave us in bislery bottle but they were giving from water pipeline & they tooked my phone and he gave him ratting 5 star and toilet was also not cleaned and they were forcing us to leave before the time 11o'clock and they didn't changed the bed and not cleaned the room I didn't wanted to give them star but I am showing that they are not capable of a star.

Very bad service from staff and room shown in oyo app was not provided by the staff, no ventilation in room , I think staff room was given to me and manager was not giving me neat and clean room. One of the worst service I have ever faced in my life.

Very bad experience .Never imagined OYO provides such a bad hotels on the list.. oyo please look after. staff not good ,suffocating ,dirty rooms and unhygienic washrooms, linens torn and uncleaned..not recommended

Pathetic experience, no one should book this hotel. Rooms, washrooms etc are all very dirty and smelly.
