Hotel V Grand Bareilly

It was a wonderful experience in V Grand Hotel. The Staff was very co-operative especially Mr Shiva the guy sitting at reception was very nice. Food was amazing the way we are expecting it to be. Hats off to the entire team.

Very bad experience I suggest dnt go in this hotel. Hotel staff and all services are not good. Room mai badbu aati h. Orr reception pe third quality staff h koi hospitality wali baat hu nahi . Total waste of money and over price🤑🤑

Worst experience ever they charge for deluxe room and provide classic room, No water coming from shower, Power cut in every hour , Washroom is not clean . During check out they asked for extra charges ₹1000 for dry cleaning of bed sheets and the hotel manager Miss Priyanka is very rude behaviour and insulted they asked for new bedsheets or pay charge for dry cleaning. Please guess not come this hotel …otherwise u will also get fooled by such people during checkout

Its the worsen hotel,small single room, dirty linen,no WIFI and TV signal,no toiletry,food price more than 5 star hotel but its a cheap lodge type where room tariff like 4 star.

We had a good honeymoon time here. The room was very clean. Built quality of bed was really good. My wife was impressed by the polite and gentle behavior of staff. It was a very good deal to get a affordable room with all our requirements. I would highly recommend this hotel to every couple who want to spend some good time together.
