Hotel The Rich Grand

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival, the hotel informed me that they had no available rooms due to overbooking. They offered me an alternate room at a nearby hotel, claiming it was part of the same property, which turned out to be completely untrue. The alternative hotel was in poor condition — rooms that seemed rarely used, a strong cigarette odor, and overall very disappointing. It was clear this was done for financial gain, as there was a doctor’s conference in the city, and the hotel was prioritizing those guests, offering rooms at inflated prices. I felt like I was being pushed aside for more profitable bookings. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They didn’t seem bothered by the situation at all and provided no assistance or compensation for the inconvenience. The entire experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. A complete lack of professionalism and customer care.

The Staff was excellent and welcoming. The hotel is to good and clean. And the food is very tasteful. On the way my car tire went to canal, the whole staff came and lifted up the car at midnight. Excellent care was given for me and my family.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's a new property with hygiene maintained. Rooms, service etc was all great. Staff was very welcoming and gave great service. Restaurant at basement serves good food. Rooftop swimming pool gave a pleasant stay. Mr. Ashraf was amazing person and gave us a great hospitality.

Best Hotel in Agra for visiters. Hotel staffs were very polite. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Best option to stay don’t think too much just book, stay and enjoy your trip

My experience has been very bad. The staff of this hotel is very bad. They don't even have manners to talk. Their service is also very bad, extra service charge is made for anything without informing them. And what is Halal certification, it just means that you will mix non-veg in the food and spit in it.
