OYO 29423 HOTEL 03 TOWN HOUSE

When I reached the hotel they have taken extra charges , there was no water in the room even in the morning. I hardly stayed there , worst place worst staff . Total waste of money

The hotel is newly built but the rooms are not maintained well. There is a lot of water leekage in rooms. The tv was not working. There was no geyser in the rooms. The food at the restaurant is very costly. The only pros were that the staff was polite and it is near to the Taj Mahal.

Security issues in the hotel, not good for girls, couples or family No privacy in bathroom or bedrooms; No curtains, All bathroom fixtures having leakage. No complimentary breakfast availability. This is not as per OYO standards. This is not a TownHouse actually, I stayed at townhouse at other places even but not like this. OYO is also fooling customers. Very bad experience over here, it was very difficult for me to spend a night even. My suggestion to OYO plz don't allow such kinds of hotels in your standards, please don't fool customers by giving it a name of OYO Townhouse.

The water in the washroom was too salty and harsh. It took more than 3 hours for the staff to provide us with a mattress.

Worst hotel ever receptionist doesn't know the manner of talk and they cancelled your room booking if you did it online and deny to provide receipt and room . doesn't provide neither refund not room . Seriously from my view pls don't book room in this hotel

Worst experience. No breakfast facility no toilet paper and other . Gave used and dirty towel. Bed sheet was dirty ... recomend you all not go in this hotel

Oyo is having difficulty to maintain it's relationship with hoteliers, better to try go Ibibio. Mostly hoteliers prefer to pay at hotel option, otherwise they deny check in & you have only option to curse OYO
