The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I checked out yesterday and I must say, what an incredible hotel! The rooms are spacious and top-notch, but the highlight is definitely the staff. You can see friendly, smiling faces everywhere, from the lobby to the guest floors. The food is also outstanding. I would definitely love to return in the future.

A Wonderful Stay at Click collection Grand gateway I recently stayed at Click collection and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, Overall, click collection exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return! Thanks to Manager-Mr.Shivanand Tiwari and the amazing team, Click Collection has become my go-to destination for relaxation and comfort. Good and neat rooms. Decent food and spread for breakfast. Extremely customer oriented staff, especially Atif and his other mate. The kettles in the room could be neater. Over all very good experience

It is 3 star property, trying to aim for 4 star category. Rooms are big and clean. Service is ok. Car parking available but no shades. Need to park in open space.. No valent parking available. Food is great Staff is less. They need more staff to reach out to all guest and help with request. No swimming pool No indoor game room Safe for kids Vishwanath temple is 10 kms far from this hotel as hotel is located on main highway. Good place to stay for family and kids. Not a hotel for honeymoon.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Minhaj, Atik, Vivek, Gautam, and Faiyaz. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.

The rooms are very good and gives you an experience just like a 4star or 5star hotel. But the menu is very expensive and there are no complements. We were charged Rs150 just for the ice cubes which is so silly. The location is bit out of city and is good for those who don’t want to stay in the crowded parts of the city
