1. Staff is not courteous and will act like you are there to serve them. 2. Exorbitant prices that make you feel like it's daylight robbery. 3. Food prices are very high but taste is extremely bad. 4. Check the bill in detail to counter any malpractice by them.

Hotel charges are exorbitant. Rooms are not worth of the charges. Room service is hopeless. It is near the railway station but the surroundings are very dirty. Lot of meat shops nearby and you find blood stains here and there. Food is extremely costly but the quality is hopeless. Overall staying here is complete waste of money.

If you take any room service. So for the first time I saw a hotel in which ordering tea was charged 79 fix +. 7.90 rs service tax and 3 rupees GST total price of 1 cup tea 91. Location - best for non veg Preferred person. If you are a pure vegetarian then the location is not suitable because of the hotel nearby area having non veg shops and in every corner you can see blood stains.

Staff & Helping hands- Excellent staff, superb supportive towards the existing or upcoming guest. Owner- Even The owner is also fabulous personality.. Food- main thing of this hotel is delicious food quality with the genuine pricing.. Location - Area wise is excellent just few steps from the Deoria station.. May God bless you all guys keep it up

Experience is worst. During visit they denied for my booking which I done 3 days back . After 15 min of conversation they confirmed my booking. Food is good Complimentary breakfast is just ok Final billing ke leye 30 min ka minimum time nikal ke aana

R/Team, This is likely to informed you that food quality and Room Service of your hotel is below average. I am staying in your since last three that but in morning breakfast as well as dinner quality is below average. For long time association between you and me , it is mandatory that quality should be improved. Kindly take it advice from side. Rgds Vipin Chaubey

I visited with my family. Food was good, serving was also good but the overall service and hospitality was average that is why I'm giving 2 star rating to attract the attention of the Hotel management team.
