The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.| It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Amiable staff. The hotel is full of great art and elegant décor—just a charming place|The vintage aesthetics of the hotel rooms were excellent. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spaciou|The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed this hotel during our visit in Ayodhya. Our experiences were hugely disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews of this hotel in the first place and never booked this hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room. There was no sign of cleanliness. Room was dirty, dusty with horrible odours. Toilet was filthy. Towels in the toilet were unclean (we didn’t use). Hot water was not working. WiFi didn’t exist/not working!! We had to ask our room services to change our dirty bedding. Wet, soaked clothes were left in many places on the floor in the corridors. Lifts were dirty, people splitting in it. Restaurant was pretty average. Not many good places to eat nearby. Location wasn’t even good, far from Ram Mandir. Staffs were friendly, that’s why I have given them 1 star. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please be aware of the before you book this place.

Rooms are very clean and spacious Service is also Good. The food is Delicious.. The staff is also very cooperative... I highly recommend everyone to visit and stay here... Specially recommended for tourists... Great Property in Ayodhya

Horrible hotel. Bed linen is very very dirty. Bathrooms do not have Health Faucet. Hot water that comes in the morning is just lukewarm. You cannot even have a good hot water bath in the biting cold weather. Windows are not clean. Even floor is not cleaned properly. Party halls are not cleaned after the event. Food is not disposed properly. The place stinks with stale food if you walk along the corridor. Please do not opt for this hotel, the photos are misleading

Pathetic hotel. One cannot sleep as the corridors are very noisy. Bed linen and pillows were so dirty, hair of previous guests were on pillows ,not at all hygienic place. Condition of bathroom was even more pathetic, no hot water, no clean towels. I still cannot understand what they charge for, dharamshalas are better option to compare with. So many mosquitoes in room. So big NO to this place☹️ Please google keep some zero stars. I will rate it negative

Beautiful hotel but the rooms were stinking of cigarettes with a hint of farts. The ceiling had mould, the bathrooms were interesting and I felt dirtier after a shower than before it. The staff is professionally trained to keep the paan stained aesthetic through the hotel and they give you complimentary paan stains everywhere. Enjoy a beautiful nap in the bathrooms as you will collapse after a single breath, the ammonia will refresh you as it will erase your memory and maybe even your life. The bed sheets were white if white meant black/brown/fungus/yuck. The pillows were good……. to be used as burning material. The only thing missing was everything that a good hotel should have. The food is good.
