LD Guest House, Ayodhya

I liked the place as it is away from the traffic . This place has a beautiful lawn in front. The management is very friendly and helpful. Mr Deepak, who is one-in-all, is very sought after. There's no jog that he cannot handle !! He is an asset to the establishment. There are certain improvements that needs their attention. Overall, a good place to stay.

It's ok, but so many 5 star reviews seems strange, maybe because big brand quality hotels in Ayodhya are so scarse and over-priced. Room was ground floor with gaps in door so need to be careful with lights on and insects coming in. Didn't look particularly clean or fresh. Quiet location but very difficult to find in tiny back streets, we arrived in a taxi from another city and the driver had to ask around and call the owner after google got him stuck. Staff were helpful and arranged car for onward travel.

The guest house is under renovation. Rooms are spacious. It is located in the main bazaar area. It is 5km away from Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir. Staffs are cooperative. If you request they will cook food for you but they need more kitchen utensils.
