Hotel O Satguru Residency

Abut Guest House made my stay special! The guest house not only had great service in terms of the staff behaviour and promptness but also had excellent rooms with all the facilities to make a guest’s stay there a good one. The room I got was clean and well furnished with all the basic amenities like an LED, bedding, and a cupboard. The guest house’s washroom was also quite neat with a working geyser.

Hotel Abut is a nice, budget-friendly hotel. I got all the basic amenities like an LED, a working Air Conditioner, clean bedding, and a cupboard in my room. The washroom was also well maintained.The staff members at the hotel were also well mannered and easy to approach. Overall it’s a good place to pick if you’re looking for comfy, affordable accommodation.

Unacceptable experience at this hotel! It's disheartening to know that they discriminate against Hindu-Muslim couples. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're from another region. All hotels should embrace equality and treat everyone fairly, irrespective of their background.

They are fraud, never book this hotel online. They will show you very less price on different websites like makemytrip, oyo, etc. But when you reach there they will ask you to pay extra amount which is 3 to 4 times more then the online price otherwise they don't accept your booking and ask you to leave. Their rooms are also in very bad condition. Ac not properly working, toilet seats are dirty, no flush, and many more issue. If you want to badly ruin your trip only then book from them.

My stay at this hotel was nice and comfortable, the location was easy to reach as the hotel was within walking distance from Vaishali Metro Station, and the room provided was good and had a well-made bed and all basic amenities like AC, LED, Landline phone and Wifi, also two big wardrobes in the room were very helpful to manage my luggage. The washroom was small but it was clean and had a geyser for hot and cold water.

I was able to spot the Abut Guest House easily with the help of Google maps and the hotel’s huge signage. The room I got assigned was well kept as well; with a clean bed, a working Air conditioner and a sofa, all in good working condition. The attached washroom was also clean, with all the basic toiletries, and a geyser for hot water usage as well.

Overall good experience. The hotel was easy to locate as it was near to metro station, The staff member at the reception was proactive and did a hassle-free check-in, the room provided was spacious but had a small bed though it was sufficient for two people the room had all other basic amenities like AC, Wifi and a TV. The washroom was clean and had basic toiletries like Soap, Shampoo, clean towels, and a Geyser as well.

Very bad experience. Please do not do booking through OYO or any other online aggregator. They won't accept it. On top of that the rooms are not well maintained. The bedsheets and blankets stink. It was after repeated complaints they decided to change it. No proper bill was given. Not recommended to stay with family.
