🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great Stay at New Imperial Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had a very good experience staying at the New Imperial Hotel in Ghaziabad. The hotel is neat and clean, and it's centrally located, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff are friendly and always smiling, ready to help whenever needed. A special thanks to Mr. Sanjay Singh and his team—they made sure my stay was comfortable and without any complaints. They even went out of their way to assist me, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is also great value for money, and I have to mention the tea they serve—it’s now my favorite! It added a lovely touch to my mornings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Had the terrible experience staying over there, there were insects on the bed & also the worst hotel staff, they were ringing bell at 1in the midnight they don't have any ehics, how can anyone hotel staff knock the bell at midnight, had an horrible experience don't stay in this hotel. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel New Imperial, Ghaziabad, along with my daughter, for a night, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. Unlike some of the more reputed hotels in the same area, such as Hotel Elite, this property stood out in terms of room quality, cleanliness, and overall maintenance. The room we were allotted was spacious enough for two people with a reasonable amount of luggage and suitcases. It was well-maintained, and unlike some other hotels where rooms often appear worn out, this one felt neat, fresh, and comfortable. The washroom was very clean—almost squeaky clean—which is always a crucial factor in determining a good stay. The geyser and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. Overall, our stay at New Imperial was a great value-for-money experience, offering cleanliness, comfort, and good hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent and well-maintained hotel in Ghaziabad!
