OYO Flagship Hotel Gold Coast Crossing

Experience was very poor, Oyo service was very poor,,my booking was done even though hotel person not giving room to stay, they said room are not available . I will suggest u do not trust Oyo directly first ask to hotel person is there room is available or not

Pathetic , Hotel Gold Coast and Hotel Shankar are same ,same building but running businesses on two different ID's , uneducated staff,no manners ,no etiquettes,not a safe place for family,drunk guys came and got room ,also they always ask you to cancel online booking and pay them directly ,else they will make excuses and won't provide you room,also they were giving rooms to unmarried couples on hourly basis ,I have witnessed all this and I was with my kids, location is isolated ,I don't recommend this to anyone ,even in worst situation , don't go there.
