The hotel is good but if you want a hotel in the heart of the city then only book this hotel as it is in the main market and is very crowded. The rooms are average but according to me the staff should behave better with the people. I could not see the politeness in his behavior and way of talking. The hotel staff were talking very rudely. I have been charged some extra money in the hotel even though I paid the entire amount through OYO app.

Despite the room is confirmed through Booking.Dom Hotel Agent ask for higher rates and didn't allot the room. While visiting the room. We came to know that it is of very low standard. Not fit for family in any cost. worst bedding , worst washrooms, worst services. 👎👎👎👎 Not Recommend.

Theres day shift staff and recepsnist have no menners how to talk with customer ....we asked him only cleaning bedsheet...and room ..after that he anger with us and talk bedly.. his sheets was dirty and torn....and he said you can go now other hotel .....but we are suffring from very long journey...becouse of this we are stay here ...but we are never take again Oyo service...Oyo service is very bad......and I have one think for Oyo service you do mention accurate fee for room ....becouse first we booked 2 room in other hotel but we reached there and tell him to hotel recepsnist he said I have only one room ...naither you talk Oyo service center ....very bad expirance of Oyo service....I don't want again Oyo service

I had never think abt the service provided by OYO There is No clean linen given.. Pillow without cover Dirty Washroom with broken taps.. AC not working.. TV suply is cut.... This all are adjustable... But there us no door lock in room....

Pathetic service by OYO and by the hotel. This the First and last mistake I did.I will never use the service of OYO. The images of hotel hich are at OYO, they all are fake. When you visit the hotel it's totaly different. All hotel which are at OYO they the of third class. It's better to walk-in rather using this platform. OYO is highly not recommended for family stay.

When i reach hotel they charge me 200 cash for room which confirm by oyo and full paid.....i never stay in any of oyo hotel again...... You guys are not able to manage this bisuness... Every time i book room every hotel said you have to pay extra or we didnt gave you the room....kindly take this issue seriously and make some plicy that customer dont face problem like this. Specialy Govind guest hotel.

Never go ... They demand extraa payment if you go through Oyo booking or online Payment. Rooms and rest are not so clean as per quality standards.Neither staff behaviour can be considered as good.

oveall eveeything is not good . i have seen blood spot on bedshite. after saying also they don't change , staff behaviour not goood. bathroom is dirty
