RV PALACE Kunraghat

The staff is good and the owner is a very kind and helpful person. The only issue here is cleanliness. I have posted pics of an unclean quilt, mosquitos in the room, etc. Overall average experience. 1) The hotel is located on the opposite side road of MMM Engineering College and University gate no. 1. 2) I booked the hotel by directly calling the owner a few days earlier but when I reached the reception of the hotel, the receptionist was unhappy with the amount that the owner told me on the call. Then I called the owner and he talked to the receptionist after that he gave me the keys to the room. 3) They don't provide the bathroom kit but the handwash is there in the bathroom. The rug in front of the bathroom was very dirty. 4) The TV was not working, the room is good but there were mosquitos, therefore need a little more cleaning. 5) Food is of average quality and utensils were not clean. 6) Mattress, linen, quilt, and pillows were a big no-no because of their blackishness from the inside due to dirt. Anybody can get the infection from it, so I request the hotel staff to please look into it. 7) Special shoutout to the owner he is a very nice and helpful guy.

I recently stayed at RV Palace and had a mostly positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Overall, I had a great experience.

This hotel is just like a home, stayed there for more than 15 days and never felt uncomfortable. The staffs were really nice and well behaved. Mr. Chandan, the owner of this property was really cooperative and never complained about anything. The manager at the reception was a gentleman and never behaved inappropriately. Completely satisfied with everything. Did not want to check out from the hotel because of the comfort. Will visit again for sure if I go to this place. Wishing them a good luck to grow as a business.

We stayed at R V palace for a night as we had a flight to catch from Gorakhpur airport. We had a pleasant stay experience. The staff Chandan was very responsive. Rooms are clean and neat with running hot water facility. They also have car parking space and a small garden with variety of flowers planted. Only one feedback I gave to Mr. Chandan is their rooms are AC rooms and do not have ventilation to allow natural air. The weather in gorakhpur can get very cold and not having an option to switch off AC and allow natural air through open windows can become a little issue for people who cannot bear the Cold and are not comfortable with AC. The hotel is also very close to airport (just 2.1 KM) Overall a good stay and I will definitely recommend this place.
