Worst hotel in gorakhpur.no doubt at all. Very dirty rooms and bathroom.smells of cigarettes and alcohol all around. Very rare water availability.no ventilation at all.please don't visit at all.should be banned for all.

I needed a place to sleep during transit, with a lot of hesitation booked this overpriced room via booking.com Very bad hospitality experience. The room was dusty, no toiletries were provided, staff was inexperienced and didnt know what they were supposed to do. Not recommended at all.

I am very disappointed by earlier ratings. Ratings look to me like fake. I could not find less than one star to rate. Location is pathetic. Hotel did not have a board to display in the front. Board was somewhere hiding. It was difficult to locate hotel. Room was small and not anything that was shown in booking.com. Approach to room is also pathetic. I would hesitate to use booking.com going forward. Travelers - be aware. Don’t even try to book this and get trapped like me. This ruined whole trip.

room service is too bad. bathroom is so dirty. calling service for ordering foods is not available. that's hotel booking time show compalimenty breakfast but there was breakfast time is 11 A.M. thereafter. We have recommend do not visiting hotel

If you go to their hotel, do not sleep on the bed and sleep on the floor because if you sleep on the bed, then if their bedsheet becomes even a little dirty, then they will impose a heavy fine on you. You can go too far!

Hotel is very bad for stay. Amenities are not provided. Staff are nude. I order food . It took more than one hour without plate. It's amazing. I don't recommend to any one to stay.

Never book this hotel, very bad service. Unheigenic room, AC not works properly, they didn't provide even basic amenities like towel or soap, I never suggest this hotel to anyone and after my stay I feel all the positive ratings are fake for this property.
