Hotel Tulsi Plaza

The Hotel is old with proper design and amenities, rooms are spacious with proper electrical points which are dysfunctional, TV set not in working condition as the hotel has neither cable connection nor Dish antenna, window AC are their but without remote control, cup board is so dirty that you can't keep your clothing, The toilet floor became concave shaped resulting permanent water stagnation on the floor, the blanket provided in the room is very much old, dirty and cut & torned. It seems the hotel lost it's glory due to poor management. The person at reception in day time is seems a non professional, rude, impolite, he even ignore the appeal for minimum facilities like sweeping in the room.

Nice place for staying, awesome location, good service ❤ very clean, staff are too good 👍 owner of this place is very friendly and a good person 🙏 they have good restaurant attached to the hotel, food is also too good ❤ loved it ❤ highly recommend❤

Not at all recommended. Room service is horrible and super slow. They took an hour to provide me with a towel and soap. The staff is not at all friendly and rude. No parking facility available. Pathetic condition of bathrooms. All sorts of insects and flys can be found in the bathroom entering through the openings in the bathroom. Booked this hotel twice and had to face the same problem.

They charge high due to location near station. The room's cleanliness depends on price. You are destined to find dirt, fleeces, bugs and marks of old stays. Staff and their services are good. Food is highly overpriced!!

This is local lodge. Because of location it is good. In compulsion you can stay here. Don't expect any luxury.

This hotel is located exactly in front of the Gorakhpur railway station gate no 1. It's ok for solo travellers or medium class business executives. It has a restaurant and quality of food is ok. prices are reasonable. However it's not a choice if someone has a temporary or permanent physical problem of legs. Plenty of street food is available near the hotel. So you can grab a snack any time. Staff is ok. not very efficient but it works.

Average hotel with low rent. Hotel staffs are good. The restaurant down stairs serves good food but price is little high compared to others
