Had a great experience at Hotel Adarsh Palace! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. The banquet hall is perfect for small functions and gatherings. Best part — it’s right in front of Gorakhpur Junction, so it’s super convenient for travelers. Definitely recommend!

Hotel's location is very good n all staffs are well mannered. After renovation it's getting better than previous one. Main problem is the mattress of the room which is not changed since a long time it's very uncomfortable to sleep in night It's my suggestion to change the mattresses which will be more beneficial for hotel.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Extremely disappointed. The staff was arrogant and unprofessional, and the room service was completely negligent. They even hung up the phone mid-conversation while I was requesting something. The rooms were nowhere near worth the high price they charge. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad behavior of staff they are charging GST but they refused to give GST bills if someone come meet with you and he will stay for 2 or 3 hours they will charge 100 per hour also hey will not add in bill that amount might be put in his owne pocket don't know what's they do No fair safety in this hotel i haven't seen any fire exit in the hotel also not seen any fair fighting stuffs There is only a lift apart from that I have not seen any sine board for emergency exit don't know how they managed all the thing's

Average hotel in front of gate 2 of the Gorakhpur Rly Station Limited parking available at the front which itself is very narrow Rooms are just ok to stay Rates vary as per room type and bed
