OYO 14811 Hotel Royal Monarch

1. the hotel front display is a 4x2 ft hoarding on a busy street. 2. in AIRBNB listing 'house rules' clearly mention "PETS ARE ALLOWED" but when I reached the location to check in - host demanded 250₹ for the pet. 3. I had intimated HOTEL OWNER/HOST that I am travelling with a pet -- still he didn't intimate me that for pets he charges extra. He waited whole day and when I was most tired & vulnerable in a new city he started his extortion. 4. Parking offered to me was on a busy road (4 meter) side-- around 500 meters away from hotel. 5. Unethical conduct and a Cheat host- said he will cancel the booking so that I get a refund. But he didn't.

Clean, large rooms, and good service. Food is awesome.They will go beyond the limits to help you. PS: I didn't booked this hotel from OYO however, they will be replying to this review which is weird!

1. Positives- cleanliness was good, service was ok ok, It wasnt horrible.. It was good stay. Staff was co-operative. 2. Negatives- No internet, Old water taps, small room size, lack of ventilation, Unproffessional hotel staff, Hotel is in very old crowdy area

I’ve stayed 1 night in this hotel with my little son... it’s probably faked reviews which had led me here.It was late at night when checked in otherwise I’d never stay here. recently painted and new flat TV are probably the reason for overpricing, the place is dirty before they painted, so both smells make disgusting cocktail... Indifferent stuff, and their huge dog(all night barks inside the lobby and stares)... just see the photos...

Good value for money. Rooms are clean and functional. Staff is extremely efficient and polite. Food is very well cooked and presented. Recommended to stay.

I booked this hotel through Treebo which is far more better than booking through Oyo. This is a good hotel,around 3 kms from Gorakhpur Junction.Hotel has good ,clean and proper sanitized rooms but it's price is little bit on a higher side but it is bearable considering the lockdown period. Hotel has a kitchen and its foods are not super tasty but are hygienic. The Famous Gorakhnath Temple is around 3 km from this hotel.

The owner, staff, service was A1. Never seen any hotel like this. Worth every penny. Loved it❤

Despite a good hotel, the person charges 200 Rs extra for early check in, which he doesn't inform while booking(main concern). Rest it is a budget hotel. Not recommended from me.
