Excellent stay. Staff from reception to room service really helpful and cooperative. Suite room was really luxurious. As we stayed during Diwali we enjoyed the ambience and hospitality fully. Dinner and breakfast really delicious and had ample variety.

Hi. This hotel is so beautiful interiors and location behind the AD mall in Gorakhpur. The staffs are very good specially Amit Singh, is very humble person he suggests me the special food item to try and it's really very tasty and the service of all member is good .

Their staff was friendly and Professional and the nature was too good they help us a lot and the rooms are neat and clean and the food was so amazing and service was so good and order also came too fast thanks to Sarovor hotel for this amazing time I spend with them

The staff is beyond helpful and kind! They made our stay exceptional. Blown away by the service at the hotel, amazing! The breakfast was also a highlight, idli, dosa and paratha made to order. Great way to start your day The rooms are large and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Their buffets are great with lots of of variety and their staff makes sure we get the fresh hot food. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only thing that bothered me was stink in the corridor area of the 4th floor.

It was nice and good food with a great ambience and good decor specially open area is good for this weather with setup of heater and service given by amit was excellent I really enjoy over there and the team was also very helpful and good connected
