Hotel Golden Drive, Lalitpur (UP)

The rooms at Hotel Golden Drive are spacious, which is a plus. However, my recent stay revealed some maintenance issues. The doors wouldn't close properly, and basic amenities like towels and soap weren't provided unless requested. Additionally, receiving a bill was initially difficult, and I ended up with a handwritten one after some discussion. While the staff was helpful, these inconveniences impacted my overall experience.

Worst hotel to stay in lalitpur. I would not recommend staying here. Services are absolutely pathetic and staff along with management is quiet rude to their guests. They dont offer water/soaps/towels and the staff will keep pushing you to vacate rooms from morning 7 am while their checkout time is 10am. Their rooms are ok but toilets are dirty. They dont change the bedsheets when guests leave which I saw after I switched room and another guest came in the same room. They will switch off the power supply to ACs and you will not be able to use them. They also hesitate to provide the remote for TVs and ACs so you wont be able to use TV and if they turn on the AC you cant change the temperature.

Only good hotel in Lalitpur, with good amenities, easily accessible and convenient to locate. However half the time AC doesn't work due to power cut and if power comes at night nobody bothers to power on the system. Food is not good at all and room service is terrible. Negotiation is a must while booking the room otherwise you are sure to be fleeced.

Rooms are big and spacious. Location on the road and about 4kms from railway station. Parking is on the road. Staff is lazy and slow. Food quality very bad. Water for drinking is bad.

Booked hotel online but when i reached hotel the staff was very rude and I received no room and also the price written online is fake No staff was available for service , worst nightmare to stay in this hotel
