Booked for triple sharing room. This is the extra bed they gave us 4 inch hard foam along with dirty thin blanket. When asked at service desk manager he said this is what we provide you should have asker before booking. And as per their expertise and knowledge this is standard and provided at all the hotels. When confronted and told that after paying for extra bed we get foldable or comfertable bedding option not like this one.

I had an absolutely disgusting experience. Believe me when I say that all the positive reviews are paid and not genuine. We ordered Jain food without onion and garlic, but they sent us food containing both. We arrived at the hotel late, coming directly from Kolkata. To our surprise, when we tried to contact the front desk to complain, instead of offering an apology, the staff member rudely told us the restaurant was closed and to complain the next day. This was incredibly unprofessional. I travel often, and I have never seen a hotel fail to take responsibility for sending the wrong food, especially when it violates dietary restrictions like Jain food. This is a clear violation of the Food Protection Act. Additionally, we booked a triple occupancy room but were given a double occupancy room. They provided a thin, hard mattress with no cushioning. When we asked for an extra pillow for the third person, the receptionist curtly informed us that each room is allocated only four pillows, no exceptions. I kept on requesting for just one pillow, asked him to manage from an empty room. Receptionist very clearly denied saying it’s a rule that they don’t give extra pillow to three occupancy rooms. People need to manage with what they have been given in the room and can’t ask for anything extra. This was the receptionist’s exact words. Not only did we receive a room smaller than what we paid for, but they also refused to accommodate a simple request for an extra pillow. The staff were slow, unhelpful, and arrogant. Don’t be misled by the fake reviews—avoid this hotel. I would be soon posting a detailed youtube video on this hotel documenting every instances. Will update here once I have that ready

Our family was there between August 8th and 10th, 2024. There service in all Departments are extraordinary. Hands-off to the management. Special mention to the restaurant was awesome.keep it up. Kindly provide your services throughout India.

Hotel Maa Kripa exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and impeccable service. The Assistant F&B Manager, Gaurav Singh, truly stood out with his polite and humble demeanor. Despite being strict, his professionalism and commitment to his words ensured a smooth and delightful dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality.

The Manager Mr. Gaurav Singh is very polite and kind hearted person. The hotel is having ample parking space. A big lawn. Strategic location. Catering was also great. Very neat and clean place. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Overall a good place to have your function organised.

I have attended many events over the last few years. The food is amazing, the ambience is good. The service provided by the staff there is of utmost caring nature. I would like to mention Mr. Gaurav Singh ( Manager ) of the event , the way in which he attends to the needs of his guests is exemplary, he is humble and sees that the needs of the guests is attended to swiftly. Truly an amazing experience to have such skilled people like Mr. Gaurav Singh on the team which makes it way more easier for the guests to interact and convey their needs or requirements attended to 😊😊
