HOTEL V SQUARE

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. The room that they provided was literally a mess. They didn't even bother to change the bed sheets and pillow cover. Bedsheet was old and stained. Plus, there was no water in the taps the whole evening and night. AC didn't work the whole night, and upon confronting they just had one answer, we are working on it. And worst of all, one of their stupid staff person locked my room from outside. When I called them 10-12 times, only then my room was unlocked after 2 hours.

It was my second time arranging an accommodation with this hotel during my recent visit to Lucknow - and the service was of extremely poor quality. Price quoted was for a triple occupancy of super deluxe room with V square Lucknow. On arrival I was asked to make way to a partner facility with sub standard room. Heater was faulty. Cleanliness of room was questionable. Toilet door was locked and had to be broken into by staff - lock was not replaced during my stay. Towels had brown stains - and no replacements were made. Upon checkout, staff haggled for extra money in addition to about quoted previously. Extortion for money was something I experienced by a staff during my first booking as well - but luckily I had proof of payment via bank transfer and a call with the manager helped sort that out. Would never return to this place and would strongly advise family and friends against making any reservations with them.

This could be a great budget place to stay if the room had been minimally cleaned. The room was extremely dirty. I am almost sure they did not change the bedding between clients. The worst part was the toilet, clearly dirty with no sign someone cleaned it before we checked in. I will give it 3 stars because it's not far from the airport, and the staff in the restaurant is lovely. Also, the complementary breakfast is very nice. Also, there is a modern lift (not to be taken for granted).

Cold chapati sweaty paneer wrong counting but good attitude and wrong behaviour and old paneer and vegetable low quality food

Such a great hotel in Lucknow amd the best part is that tha location is too gud🥰 ....away from the crowd.😵 The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.😍

The service here is pathetic. The rooms don't have any ventilation, and there are power cuts where ACs are of no use. In addition to that, management is really not bothered about your problems. They say they will fix the problems ( for example our room did not lock from the inside) but they eventually don't. Basic amenities are lacking and management and service is non existent. They just take your money and then don't do anything.

Worst possible hotel. Booking with them will cause you headache. Nothing works properly and the management will keep you hanging instead of giving solution and the behaviour of the managers is worst. If you want to save yourself from the hassle of dealing with unresponsive managers please stay away. Rest is up to you guys . Perfect Place to Ruin your special day. Don't book the bridal suite, it has no drainage, no flush and there is a art work on the celling made with Paan . So if you enjoy all this then this is your place. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere 0

Overall experience was good, we celebrated my son's birthday at this hotel ans everything was great including food and environment but rooms pat was not good, rooms review is share in the rooms section.
