If 1 Star rating was not a minimum, I'd have given it 0. 1. The hotel is located greatly being only 2.5kms from airport and only 500m from Metro Station, but that alone is not a reason to stay at this pathetic place. 2. The rooms are unhygienic, dirty even. Especially the washroom. The water from the washroom would not drain, it was so dirty. The taps were falling off. 3. There is mold on the walls and a pervasive smell of wetness 4. The furniture is flimsy and breaking. 5. The rooms are small and claustrophobic. Don't be deceived by the pictures 6. The service is also not that great The rooms don't have basic items like water bottles and AC Remote and you need to ask the mangaemnt for this. 7. The hotel phone is never reachable. It leads to some Call Centre in Gurgaon who tried to scam me. 8. The place is also shady and not family friendly. Please stay away if avoidable.

Worst hotel to stay because: 1. Room sizes are too small 2. Roof of toilet is broken 3. Switch boards are hanging 4. You will be welcomed by mosquitoes Specialy they are also registered with fab hotel with the name of Fab hotel A one inn, and there they had pasted some pictures of hotel which you is definitely not 60% similar. On fab hotel app rating of this hotel is 4+ I don't know how. My worst fab hotel experience ever. It is a humble request to the team of fab hotel that they had maintained a good reputation by providing good comfortable and hygienic rooms so kindly look into this.

Room was not cleaned, lots of dust on the Bed Smelly & unhygienic bathroom. No accessories were available at the room. Lots of mosquitoes were also there. Food quality was also very bad. During checkout the staffs were sleeping & woke up after some time on calling.

The worst experience we had that too @11 o'clock in the night after tiresome travel. We have booked the hotel through OYO as it was close to Lucknow airport and We have to catch early morning flight. For this we have already pre-paid the booking amount. The hotel do not have lift and if you are given room on second or above floor then be prepared to lift your luggage as they will not provide any help. We were in a completely shocked state when we entered room no 210 as the room was smelly, shabby with seepage on the walls. To add to your woes the toilet was wet, greasy and stained. Mosquitoes were there to welcome you and no repellent was provided. If in a hospitality business a customer has to ask for these basic stuf then it's a shame. We immediately checked out of the room and worst the hotel reception and staffs didn't even bother and tried to provide any alternate room. The OYO doesn't accept the feedback without the pics as it rejected mine thrice on their apps. Had I been knowing I would have clicked and posted plenty for the OYO. If OYO take the customer feedback seriously then I am eagerly waiting for their actions.

Checked in into this hotel, got best deals Via OYO service is good bed and toilet was clean, stayed for 1 night. Didn't faced any issue.. 4 rating because they didn't had any kit for bathing for shaving

Property Manager is a fraud. Initially he was refusing to check in through oyo booking. Then he booked on High price. On Complaining with oyo he agreed to return the extra money but again refused to refund the extra amount. Quality is also bad. So, Don't take a mess and go for other other Hotel instead. Thank you

Loved the stay... The rooms were clean and the staff was very cooperative... Will surely recommend to people travelling to Lucknow and looking for decent rooms in a budget

Worst experience ever!! Go only when you want to have bad experience. Uncomfortable tiny rooms, faul smell comes from burning tyres (feels suffocation). Broken tv and bad property manager charges high price.
