The hotel location, rooms and everything was good.. It is a good 90s designed hotel. If you want modern days amenities like smart tv, wifi and new designed rooms then you need to see other options. But, if you want good stay with your family near to lucknow railway station, then this hotel is best. Food quality is also good and they maintain hygiene too.. One more thing, all staff expects tip every time they come for service which is also not good.. Rest all is fine and this property is good place to stay.

Located at walking distance from Lucknow junction. Good and safe place to stay with family and even solo. Staff is very good and supportive in nature. Room service is excellent. Rates are reasonable.

We had stayed in the hotel for 3 night stays. Hotel staff had very polite and sincere towards there work. They made our stay very comfortable. Dk pandey at the reception had been very good at handling the customer and very sincere. He guided us how we can travel from lucknow to lakhimpur, kanpur etc. Overall 5 stars

Very bad experience. Wifi not available at 2nd floor. TV was able to telecast very few channels. Searching of channels through menu was not possible. Complaint for tv and wifi not attended. Staff was polite but helpless when infrastructure not properly provided to them by owner. Quality of wifi is mainly depend on infrastructure not on staff at hotel. Same way tv issue. Behaviour of staff was polite and good. Problem is with owner. Owner is not interested in infrastructure.
