OYO 8883 Hotel Zone

This hotel does not deserve even the 1star rating. 1.Room was not cleaned 2. Towel was not clean and also wet 3. Bed sheet and blanket were not changed even after asking. 4. Staff asked me to keep the plates out of the room after having the breakfast. 5. Washroom was not clean at all and geyser was not in running condition. 6. Floor was not clean and full of dust, after asking for cleaning the person came very late for cleaning. 7. Behaviour of reception staff was not good, one person at reception was good but the other one was very rude and unprofessional. Really upset with my stay there.

Room was okay but hotel located area is very small street. No parking in the hotel. Room guys unprofessional. Receptionist face anytime angry. Also it's like a hostel because water heater and ac operating by receptionist so you need to ask them every time on ac or water heater and next bathroom was not good. bathroom doors not have lock and bathroom lights not brighter. Don't add breakfast because only wasted and they not provide you breakfast if you not ask or you forget and worst and low quantity breakfast so better to buy near food shops. These guys are not accepting the advance payment done on oyo while check in. They told me that if i had paid online they would have not allowed me to check in. The staff was also not professional. The room was dirty The bathroom were dirty and water leaking from taps. In short not a comfortable stay. Shady place. More over now i get why they have 4.1 rating.. Because they forced me to give 5 star ratings. Which i denied. My experience was not good at this hotel. I will not recommend this ever for anyone.

Best hotel in pocket friendly category. The rooms are clean and space is also good. Foods offered are tasty and Staff is also friendly. 😍 The only drawback is we faced was the washroom was not well maintained, the shower was broken so was the tap. Also in finding the hotel as it's inside 'Gali'.

The hotel is good according to price here in Lucknow i don't know why hotels are so expensive more expensive then Delhi but this hotel gives you a comfortable stay without heavy load on your pocket. Luckily I got a great deal from which it costs me 2000 rs for 3 nights it's really a steal deal and I'm very happy with hotel and rooms. Rooms are clean and washroom also higeinic

Okay. No bottled water. Dirty linen. Dirty washroom. But staff cooperative. A hanging concrete piece right above my pillow kept me awake the whole night, fearing it could fall anytime. Mismatched curtains. When I was leaving, i felt I had made a wrong choice.

Good but they are tricky one... They disturb your TV cable, they cut AC power and geezer power from their control room, and you have to request for every service. Although staff are good.

The staff at the front desk is very non-cooperative. Even though at the time of booking the room, the hotel confirmed an early check-in on the condition of availability of the room, the front desk simply denied such promises and exploited the situation at the time of check-in. They simply said we cannot allow any early check-in without an extra charge of almost half a day. ||This was very unethical. They could have put this condition even at the time of booking when the hotel was contacted.
