Very happy with the facilities available at hotel Majestic also ambience is eye catching. Very humble and friendly staffs , good food (if in case you are ordering from the hotel ). Most importantly the hotel is budget friendly . In case you are visiting Lucknow and in search of hotel nearby Charbagh railway station this is must go!!

Worst worst worst hotel service was so bad AC was not working i’d change room 3 tomes still the AC problem was not solved by them such a bad experience they gave. They gave room 11 at night and they charge that room for whole day Also when we said to less money they talk so badly soo soo bad , plz don’t go

Good hotel, nice keep up close to railway station. Better book in person than online , it will be much much cheaper. The deluxe room I booked had no window. Central Ac was not working. The smoker from the adjoining room made it difficult as some was finding way into my room. Staff is polite.
