One of the most horrible experience in my life.....worst hotel service, dirty linens room was full of cockroaches. Every time for gyser, exhaust u have to call them, no access is from room. Every thing they are doing on & off according to their mood. Staffs are most pathetic, disgusting and unfriendly, they have the audacity to say that they don't care about reviews....pls don't choose this hotel in your lifetime

No ventilation, dirty room with cockroaches, dirty bedsheets, smelly wash room. No remote for A/C so you can't increase the temperature when you feel cold.Same with the fan's regulator it is locked so you can descrese the speed. It seems like they don't want you to use A/C or Fan. No kettle provided. Resturant is extremely dirty. Street vendors stalls are cleaner. We asked to change bedsheets they didn't. We asked to change room they said no rooms are available. We couldn't cancel as we had paid full. Overall bad experience.

1. Worst hotel possible. They pressurizes the guests to vaccant their rooms before timing. We have to leave their premises at 12:30 am in middle of the night whereas we have booking of 6:00-6:00. 2. Ac is not working in most of the rooms. We complain, they come, they shows that they've remedy the issue but after 5 min all the ac's were not working again. 3. Geaser also not working. 4. Water logging problem in bathrooms. 5. There was no hanger given. 6. Pillow cover, bedsheets and quilt all are used and dirty. All this for 1200 rs per room/day.

Very badly maintained hotel. The photos on the website are deceiving. The linen was dirty. The WiFi never worked. The staff was really nice and helpful.

NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL ! 1) AC does not work 2) Drainage water inside bathroom overflows 3) Smelly rooms 4) Staff behaviour and activity are unprofessional 5) Always seek for money from any aspect

Good location and service. Breakfast choices of aloo paratha or bread omelette. Room service.

They should change the name to "Hotel Cockroach View". Very dirty and bad maintenance. Other than location which is 5 min from charbagh nothing good. However staff was OK.

Very bad experience, sarvice is very bad, geyser is not 24 hours working electricity problem , phone / landline are not working,very bad experience
