The Heritage Hotel, Lucknow

Worst hotel in Charbagh locality, receptionist named 'price' is a rude and a fraud person. I have already booked room here for 7 days for PCS mains examination. They alloted me the smallest and worst room full of smell..... Air conditioner was not working or having no remote control. AC were clogged with rats and family..... Full of smell..... Rats were running overnight on bamboo wall and bamboo ceiling. Bamboo look makes room dark and pathetic. Rooms are small as you enter the bed will cover the whole surface. Washroom are extremely dirty..... You can understand...... Please don't go with the name and photos on the Google page of this hotel..... I just changed this hotel on that unforgettable night ...... The receptionist just said if you don't like you can find other hotels...... worst rooms, no amenities provided,no bottled water, no almirah for luggage..... No window and a weird smell everywhere in the room .......

The hotel is housed in a period building with some of the features and facets retained to give an antique look to the hotel. The location is close to major attractions like the Imam bargah and the beautiful Rumi gate. The staff at the hotel go out of their way to make guests comfortable and at home. They also facilitate local tours and visits We had breakfast on two mornings and the a la carte breakfast was tasty, sumptuous and value for money. In comparison to the price of a single room, I personally felt that it was great value for money. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Lucknow

Bad experience. Rude manager, senseless staff. There are no basic amenities and they will increase the price without informing you. Room service is pathetic. You can find better hotels in the same area which are budget friendly.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. While I was informed in advance that the rooms were small (which I was okay with), the AC was not working, and even the TV wasn’t functional. These are basic facilities, and their absence made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite paying the full amount, it felt like a complete waste of money. Disappointed!!!

Nice decent place with different experience and value for money. Actually it is old Bong Bunglow which has been converted in hotel. They can improve in room maintenance. You can find fantastic homely ambience as place is full of greenary and good wall hangings

Worst place to stay in Lucknow. Should be avoided as rooms are infested with rats which run through the false ceiling and ventilators. Very bad service , despite of complaining of the rats creating loud noise through the ventilators and false ceiling they were least bothered. Just imagine what would be the sanitation condition of the whole place. The place reeks of garbage stink. Such places should be closed by the department

The atmosphere of the hotel won me over. It is most likely a large, sprawling and spacious bunglow turned into a bohemian style hotel. The room in which I stayed, was well furnished, with a television, a closet, sufficient number of sockets and a convenient washroom with round the clock running hot and cold water. The Hotel is across two floors, and each of the floors has enough space to stroll and sit around. It was a priority for us to have a hotel with open space(s) that are well-ventilated: The Heritage Hotel met our needs properly. The food menu was alright, with sufficient veg and non veg options for breakfast and meals. The room service was also very conveient; the behaviour of the staff and the owner at the reception was also very cordial. I would 100% recommend this to someone lookig for a hotel that is really close to the railway station.

Place really sucks. Room service couldn't really be worse. Forget about amenities, rooms don't even have basic requirements like toiletries and drinking water. Fans was hopeless, what to say about AC. Staying in room for an hour was like someone has put u in a darn jail cell, with a double bed.. Nothing less than a nightmare.
