We stayed at Sharma residency for three days. It was a wonderful experiences. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Especially the Manager Vijay is very nice person. He helpd us in every aspects. Location is excellent walking distance from Lucknow Charbagh Junctions Station and just beside the Charbagh Metro Station. Room is good. Service is very prompt. Allover it's a wonderful hotel.

There was no separate geyser in the room. There was a central water heater however, hot water was not available even then. There was no cleanliness in the room as well as the hotel.

5 for the Service! I have had such a best and impressed experience from the Sharma's team :) Staff are all full of service-mind and helpful! Since the check-out they let me store my backpack and also allow me for a shower room before reaching a night train. I do appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻 3for the room Here's is located in the heart of Lucknow city 2mins walk to the Metro&Local Train station. For the room is a standard size with private toilet my friends'room has an out of service down light for mine room was okay but again don't expect that much for the cleanliness it's a normal standard in India. But overall it was good I have a good sleep ☺️👌🏻

Good and decent place for short stays. Very comfortable. Nice service. All staff kind and ready for help at all times. Rooms are recently renovated and same like in pictures.

Within 100 mtrs from the Metro that brings you from the airport. Friendly and caring staff, especially Vijay from front office and the room boy- Lallan. Des[pite being in a crowded place and next to Charbagh Metro station and the market, the rooms are totally noise free. One star less, because one light wasn't working!

This is very comfortable and wonderful resort. I was stay in this hotel 52 days from 12 may 2024. This hotel stay profitable this is too much near from metro and railway station. Overall all staff and services is very good and natural.

Everything was good the room was good the attendant was good .. u can go for this hotel definitely without and tension just make sure u don’t get the rooms at the ground floor .. only rooms of upper floor are good not the bottom one
