Hotel Golden Sky, Lucknow

This is the second time that I am staying in this hotel. In a lesser budget this is really a good hotel. Service is really good. Food also good, tasted fee only. Room looks good. It's closure to the railway station makes easy to commute.

**Title: Worst Hotel Experience Ever - Should Be Shut Down!** I’ve stayed at many hotels, but my experience at Hotel Golden Sky in Lucknow was beyond horrible. This place is a nightmare from start to finish. **Service:** The service here was shockingly bad. The staff was not only unprofessional but completely unhelpful. They lied about everything—from amenities to available services—and gave false promises that they had no intention of keeping. It felt like they were just trying to get me to leave as quickly as possible. **Rooms:** The room I was given was disgusting. The floors were filthy, the walls were stained, and the furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Cigarette smoke filled the room, even though I had specifically asked for a smoke-free area. The smell was overpowering and made it impossible to stay in the room comfortably. **Food:** The food here was awful. It tasted stale, and the hygiene standards were nonexistent. I couldn’t even eat it—half of the dishes were served cold and looked like they had been sitting out for hours. I wouldn’t trust them to make a sandwich, let alone a proper meal. **Linens and Toilets:** The linens were old, dirty, and smelled bad. The towels looked like they hadn’t been washed in days. The bathroom was disgusting—mold in the corners, a clogged sink, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been sanitized properly in months. I wouldn’t touch anything in there with bare hands. It was an absolute health hazard. **Overall Experience:** Everything about this place is unclean, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I can't believe this hotel is still in business. They don’t care about their guests, and they clearly don't invest in any kind of maintenance or customer service. **Recommendation:** I would strongly recommend that this hotel be shut down. It’s not fit for anyone to stay in, and it should not be allowed to operate in its current state. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible experience of someone I had personally recommended the hotel to unaware of the lack of basic civic sense and hospitality of the management at Golden Sky. Not only was the room unclean, the dustbin contained disgusting personal stuff discarded by the previous occupants. So embarassing for me as the host for someone coming to my city for the very first time.

Worst stay ever of my life. I found some used condoms in my room and the management didn't even changed my room. Very unhygienic place , rooms and washroom were smelling like hell. No cleanliness in the rooms. I would request everyone not to stay here.

Charged me ₹1680 for just 3 hours after initially promising ₹1500 in cash. Later insisted on a higher rate for online payment and spoke very rudely. Unprofessional and misleading behavior – beware of this property.

Worst hotel to stay, no cleanliness in rooms, dirty bedsheets and linen, geyser and intercom not working, too many mosquitoes, super rude and non helpful staff , pethatic breakfast buffet. Overall not at all a place to stay even for one night.

Decent hotel with reasonable rates, can be negotiate, excellent neat & clean rooms , very close from railway station. Polite Manager & Staff.
