Flagship Hotel Orchid

No stars at all. One of the worst hotel. Im out of words to describe my terrible hotel experience, worst service and ill mannered staff people. There is nothing here which i can appreciate. Unhygienic rooms, bedsheets are not cleaned, dirty floors and washrooms...must say extremely poor service and lack of cleanliness. They claimed a luxurious hotel with amazing ambience but its completely opposite. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone in future. This is a genuine and honest review. Dear new review viewers who are thinking to book a room in this hotel...do follow my review and dont even think of booking this hotel. You will be disappointed for sure. Thank me later. (p.s. NOT RECOMMENDED for Families)

Hotel was ok. Not bad. Plumbing is not good. Photos online doesn't seem to be same, it looks bit old in reality.

I booked this place via OYO. They provided us a worst experience (It was cold night around 12:30 we reached to check-in but they said this place is no longer offering services) and when we said okay we will pay extra. Then they said they don't have any pillows or so.

A good hotel with well furnished room...and well ventilated...it's near the kathauta crossing in Gomti Nagar...the service is good...ther are total of 6-7 room in the hotel...

Employee are rude.. water tap is give electric shock. When told to management they say we will change the room in morning ☹️

Hotel is awesome and the staff is very polite and helpful. Stay was good and worth remembering.

Pathetic hotel, with abysmal facilities...all other reviews are either fake or manipulated. Very unprofessional staff.

Worse place to stay, they don't care how we are living there, neither proper cleaning nor proper arrangements, It was tough night for me to stay there
