It seems to be a very old building which they renovated from outside and built a decent reception to look like a good place. But rooms are still the same old ones without any maintenance. You'll see stains on the wall, the washroom was not cleaned, the AC is damn too old which smells sometimes. Not at all recommended for family stay.

Very bad as due to electricity interruption for along duration one cannot avail the facility of Ac for very long duration.Also during the night. Worst experience. Pls don't get room there, as the due to electricity interruption, only the fans and lights will work in AC room and the AC is of no use , and they are charging for the AC room so better to search for other hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days in and during these days hardly AC has worked for 2 hours or something so it's is not worth to stay.

It was amazing hotel to visit.. The service provided is fantastic!! The behavior of Owner and staff is very kind and polite.. It is very Quiet, neat&clean.. If you are in lucknow you must hve to visit this Hotel!!! Most important it is family friendly!!

Washrooms are clean and other services too the thing which I loved the most was lift, people will not find lift with such an amazing rate especially for old or for those who have any problem and are unable to climb stairs.

Very bad experience. Tariff of rooms shown in the online plateforms varrie from the tariff told on the counter. Manager has very bad attitude. He denied to give rooms by way of online booking and said that it is his choice to take excessive tariff beyond online declaration. I had to book 10 rooms for 30th Nov. 21 but sorry... I ignored.

Enjoyed the stay, food delivery was quick staff behavior was quite friendly. Few things can be improved in the service. Wifi was available but it always said no internet, geyser was not working. Apart from this enjoyed the stay.
