Rooms were neat and clean as expected...pricing was also descent...and when it comes about staff they were just osm and well disciplined....i visited there like one and half years ago but forgot to review... so I am reviewing it now...overall one of the best and in budget hotel rooms in Lucknow...✨

Hotel are located in peaceful area of Lucknow but Romm amenities like pillow are not capable for use because pillow are not a usable condition

Room service was extremely poor. AC remote wasn't working and mosquito coil liquid was also empty. In spite of informing them no one acted and whole night I had to sleep with AC fixed at 16°C and mosquitoes further spoling my sleep. On further requesting the person in-charge, he simply said me to wake up in the middle of the night and switch ON and OFF the AC to control the temperature.
