Hotel O The Silver Tree

The booking confirmed thru my booking. Com. Booked for someone. First of all no correct location, no call pickup and after reaching hotel said we dont honor this pay high rate. Very dissapointing. Cannot be trusted. Should not show these hotels for doing online fraud.

"It's unfortunate that this hotel doesn't uphold fair practices. They demanded double the booking amount at check-in and even threatened to cut off water if we raised concerns with OYO customer care. Not recommended."

Even you book online and pay all amount, still they will ask you to pay more money and denies check in . After wasting my 1 hour and calling to oyo customer they told me to cancel booking online and pay them in cash to get check in . Room was so dirty and location is not good .

Good Connectivity, Slightly away from main city. Rooms are clean, hot water available, foods are also quite good. Staff behaviour and hospitality are good.
