Super OYO Capital O Hotel Ga Residency

Pathetic experience. The rooms and linens were very dirty. No clean water for drinking. No toiletries provided. No towels provided. Spit statins on walls. Location is also very bad. We orderd food from the hotel, waited for 1 hour for that and then the manager informed that the order can not be fulfilled. Overall it was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Never going to recommended this hotel to anyone.

Here my one day experience. 1 they charged 300 extra.. my app show payable amt 449 they charged 749 How When I am going to pay the amount through app they told to me for payment through There QR code.. So that When you complaint to Oyo team for extra charge ..they didnt find your transaction for refund the extra amount .. After your complaint behaviour of the manager completely changed they told you that go anywhere either court or supreme court they didn't care about.. They use foolish word like "tumhe free me kamra de de" "tum kuch nhi kar paoge mera" bla bla .. Location of hotel is not good.. No meal no food within 2km area. . When you go for washroom for refresh water not coming for tap you have to told for start motor.. ... So this is my experience now it's upon you that if you want to face this problem you can try .. Most worst experience.. Next thing is that location of hotel is not good

Ac band kr diya ....raat me 12 bje checkout kra Diya ....don't book this hotel ...all are fraud here staff and manager ....abusive language... demanding for extra money

Worst hotel at worst location they charged me 250 extra amount after reaching hotel and service was very poor the hotel is not comfortable it is situated in village area
