Poor quality worn-out linen.poor hygiene, washroom poorly maintained.Toilet door has no lock. Without full payment we were not allowed to check-in though we paid advance for two days online before checking in.The amount charge for the hotel room was too much for the room provided.and the service provided

Worst experience at all.We have booked this hotel online and at the day of check in they denied to give us the room and said claim your refund but after on request they showed us the room which was horrible.Broken door handles,odour,torn bedsheet,table glass was broken .overall very bad experience we didn't check in and now claiming for the refund so they denied.Its a Oyo hotel. Never recommended to anyone.

Staff Behaviour with Customer is very Bad They Don't Know How to Behave with Customer and Manager is very Rude.He has Coercive Behaviour .First They talk nicely with Customer After taking Payment When Customer Face Problem Regarding this Hotel He Uses Bad Language while talking with Customer. ,Arrogant Behaviour. Lack of Basic amenities such as unclean Room , Dirty Bedsheet , Lack of Hospitality, Lack of Water Supply etc Very Worst Experience in this Hotels. Very Worst Staff.

Worst hotel ever don't go there the staff are very bad and rude this hotel is full of scammers Oyo also didn't help you your money will be stuck and no help will be provided to you either side . worst hotel ever.

They are fraud! First the location is almost inaccessible... Then on reaching the hotel ...they asked to cancel the online booking and pay in cash.. Next they said there is no towel and gave a used one literally picked up from the floor... Then they were banging the door at 1.30AM ... To adjust the parked car.. 😡 DO NOT GO THERE!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived we waited for almost 2 hours to Checkin for the room. After Checkin the room was not having proper amenities like missing hot water for bath, television was not working, bad lighting and odour in room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone for this hotel.

Unhygienic place and rude staff members. Even after 8:30AM, the hotel staff were sleeping, hence there was no complimentary breakfast. It was the stupidest excuse I have ever heard in hotels. The room was smelly like you were sleeping next to drainage. Do not book it!
