The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and also manager behaviour is good .

1)- This hotel is nowhere near Phenix Mall. They are just making fools by using in their name. 2)- As soon as you reach this location, Person will ask you to pay an extra amount (in my case ₹600 because I have booked it online for ₹500). But luckily I haven't paid the online amount so i left this hotel. They are asking for ₹1200 charges per room which is very much higher for the hotel like this and in a very far location. Another thing is they have just listed their property on online sites just to attract guests. Once you reach the hotel they will ask you for an extra amount. And it is possible that you pay that amount because no one would go searching for another room . So Alert! Don't book this hotel online.

Worst hotel There is no option for zero stars that's why given one . We booked it but left without check in because of the misbehave of Person on reception. He was demanding more money after pre-paid booking on agoda. He said agoda will not pay us, he was demanding three time money which I have paid to agoda. If you will see the room and bathroom you will not stay for a minute there. My recommendation is never to book this hotel. This is a waste of money.

Never stay here. If you want to why then here are a few reasons 1. Receptionist/ owner will misbehave with you. 2. You will get dirty room 3. Dirty washroom with cigarette pieces and full of small. 4. They will demand 3x extra amount to stay there even if you have paid online There are long list of reasons I think the above reasons are enough to reject it.

Nice rooms service was very good frndly staff. Rooms are very neat and clean parking is also available.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The environment was good, the location was good and the staff behavior was friendly. The only thing that I didn't like about my stay was that the AC wasn't working. Otherwise, my experience was amazing at this hotel.
