FabHotel PS International - Hotel in Near Charbagh Railway Station, Lucknow

The rooms are big compared to other nearby hotels but all rooms need maintenance. The ceiling of washroom was leaking and even upon multiple complaints they did not change my room or fixed the issue. Very disappointed with their attitude towards customers!

The hotel service was third-rate. They lied about everything before we booked the rooms. We reserved two rooms for INR 2800. The WiFi was not available on the top floor, and when we asked them to fix it, they told us to come to the ground floor to use it. Even though we reported the issue 12 hours in advance, they said it wasn't mandatory to solve the WiFi problem since we were only paying for the room. Their behavior towards foreigners was particularly rude. The food was terrible, and the staff, manager, and owner all had poor attitudes and egos, treating guests as one-time customers. The room door locks were also in poor condition. Additionally, the hotel is vegetarian and forbids bringing non-vegetarian food from outside. If you do bring non-vegetarian food, they won't provide plates or other services, and they don't inform you of this policy before booking. If you accidentally spill food on the bed or towels, they charge you a huge amount. Avoid staying at this hotel if you're in Lucknow, India.

Scammers and liars! I booked a room in advance, and when I arrived, they said that there were no rooms. I do not recommend it!
