FabHotel PS International - Hotel in Near Charbagh Railway Station, Lucknow

Sorry to say not enjoyable at all, that too when the Hotel is among your chain, and your group is so renowned. I was initially allotted room no 110, which was worst of all, bad smell and everything dirty as if not used for months. You can still get it checked any time. After expressing our discomfort it was changed at night, room no 102, which was better, but still not upto the mark. Switches broken, door handles loose, cupboard dirty, no kettle for tea, coffee. Towels old and yellowish. And so on.....

The room was not clean when I arrived, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell that lasted throughout my stay. The water taps and shower were not working properly, and half of the room lights were not functioning. These issues made the stay even more disappointing.

This hotel is located near Charbagh railway station. Rooms are very good and spacious. Only the problem is slow service. Although the food taste is very good. The behave of the Person who is on reception is not good. Parking is also a issue here. Overall So So.

Rooms were simple. Just good enough to sleep for one night. Service was fine. It was near major location i.e. Aminabad. AC was working at best. I really had good sleep because ac was working and bed was comfortable. It was also budget friendly.

The Fabhotels brand is over l guess. The hotel was Average. But the room wasn't like the pictures shared to me by the Fabhotels agent. Infact there was no standard amenities like kettle. Earlier they use to give soap kit and dental kit labelled Fabhotels now it's nothing. Some regular substandard soap and shampoo like clinic plus. I think Fabhotels in expanding their business have started accompanying regular hotels and my guess is they don't even visit the location to verify the rooms in the hotel. I'm guessing it since l haven't heard from the booking agent about my concerns. Forget any compensation l haven't even got a apology in response of my disappointing experience.

Without physical verification of the Hotels conditions Feb Hotel approved the property and include in their panel, direct same room was Rs200 less if book by hotel website, never recommend to book by feb hotel website, portal, or by customer care by the phone, worst experience, stayed in compromising mode as paid token amount in advance .

Expect rooms should be cleaned properly before guests arrive. Gutkha spit marks were there all over the walls. Nothing was provided in the room, no towels, no water bottles. I had good experience with Fabhotels earlier but this time I was very disappointed and had to checkout early and left hotel in the evening.

I never stayed such bad hotel in my life. Bathroom was horrible. Water is flowing from basin, very dirty potty pan, no proper water drainage system inside bathroom. Only room size is big. Dirty pillow, dirty bed sheets. I will not recommend this hotel
