JB INNOVATIONS

The rooms were really clean and worth the cost. The interior had fully centralised AC. It had a beautiful lawn for a walk. Location was quite easily accessible. The staff were courteous. I really loved the stay and looking forward to staying with JB innovations in my further trips to Lucknow. I have shared the pictures of outside but not the room because I forgot to take the photo on arrival. Later on it was a bit messy to post but I assure that the room and the bathroom were really clean and nice. Go for it.!

I was visited there in a wedding ceremony Unfortunately, the stay was marred by unfriendly and unprofessional staff behavior. Front desk staff were unhelpful there is a guy by the name of Kamal was too arrogant and concerns were met with dismissiveness. Poor staff behavior overshadowed the hotel's satisfactory facilities and location. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service. - Staff training on customer service - Improved communication and responsiveness - Respect for guests' time

It's a property with all the amenities, just its a little out skirt. Other than that no complain. Price wise, food menu, service, staff vehaviour, banquet space, lawns, everything is good

The rooms are very clean. Staff is very cooperative. Location of the Hotel is great as its close to one of the best mall of Lucknow, Phoenix Pallasio and also Airport is just 10-15 mins away. Overall experience was great. Food is also pocket friendly and taste-wise good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only improvement area is valet parking. The guest has to park the car in basement and then have to walk till reception with no assistance of the staff.

The property has a decent sized lawn which seems perfect for functions, marriage etc. the food was good as well. However the guards at work are snobs. They gonna judge the size of your vehicle and decide whether you should be allowed to enter the basement parking or not. Otherwise they may ask you to park outside the property premises which is btw the main road. 😅

Beautiful rooms with excellent ambience...even in rooms there is no noise of outside... washrooms are provided with many towels, shampoo,soap, moisturizer etc. Cooperative staff will help u at every step when u need them.

We had a wonderful experience staying at hotel.Its ambience is very good.The place is a milestone of hospitality esp.Mr.Suraj Sahu,he is thorough gentleman catering to the needs of guests. Food was authentic and delicious . Rooms were clean and maintained proper hygiene.

Best place in Lucknow for marriage function and hotel stays. This place offer 2-3 marriage at a same time so don't be panic for space. All good...
