Located close to Medanta Hospital Lucknow on walking distance. For attendenants it is close place of stay. Rooms are OK type but comfortable in respect to price and distance from hospital. Other guest houses are also available in area. May explore and find better one.

Good place for stay near Medanta Hospital, Ansal, Amar Shaheed Path, Lucknow. It is located with 500 mtrs (approx) from the hospital. Their rooms are big and clean. But the arrangement of the attached toilet in our room was not good. They don't have any dinning area but they serve food in rooms as per order with limited menu. The owner of the property was very gentle during our last visit.

Walking distance from Medanta hospital with good flats of all kind AC/Non AC, with reasonable price. They have cctv and Car parking too(for now). Rooms are pretty big and clean. AC rooms have sofa Tv extra mattress almirah in under 1400 per night for 3-4 persons

Pros : 1. Near to Medanta , you need to cross the highway and on the other side after 200 meter you will find this place. 2. An open plot is there where you can park the car, but it is not shivansh property, its a open land. 3. Cooked food is available, fridge is available. 4. From front balcony , you can see medanta Building. Cons : 1. Compact stair case. 2. Congested building. 3. Non AC rooms are challenge as there is no ventilation you need to open door. 4. Dim lights everywhere, it gives shady feeling. 5. They know its the first one in the line, so they charge high like 1200 per room for AC , where as others are lesser.

Worst experience possible. There was literally no service for hospitality and food service. Worst AC, dirty bed, dirty washroom and no management. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money and time.
