Hometel Alambagh Lucknow

We had a wonderful stay at Hometel by Sarovar, Alambagh Lucknow. The spacious, clean room provided all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. What impressed me the most was the consistently friendly, patient, and helpful hotel team. They were available day and night to address any concerns. Special thanks to Mr. Ankit Trivedi, Miss Shalini of front desk & Miss Vageshwari from house keeping for their exceptional hospitality. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near and within easy reach of shops, eateries, and the metro made it even more enjoyable. Having stayed at multiple hotels, It can be confidently said that Hometel by Sarovar's, Alambagh Lucknow hospitality and service are on par with the best.

🚨 WARNING: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL – IT’S A JOKE! 🚨 ⚠️ PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING IN THE HALLWAYS! Yes, you read that right. Guests were literally sleeping on trunks in the corridors, and management did nothing about it. If that doesn’t scream horrible, I don’t know what does. ⭐ This is NOT a 4-star hotel. It barely deserves 1 star. • Rooms are absolutely disgusting – Filthy, never cleaned, no towels, and missing basic amenities. Feels like they don’t even try. • Staff is a complete disaster – Untrained, clueless, and full of excuses. Zero professionalism, zero care. • Management is a total joke – Asked to meet the manager twice—he never showed up. Clearly, they don’t care about guests. • They refuse to take responsibility – When I asked how they’d fix things, they literally said: “It is what it is. This is how we are.” So, they admit they’re terrible and just don’t care. • Had to fight to be heard – Only when I refused to pay at checkout did they suddenly realize their mistakes—AFTER arguing with me for 30 minutes. • Thin walls = ZERO SLEEP – If you’re a light sleeper, forget it. You’ll hear everything happening next door. ❌ This place is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!

I recently stayed at Hometel Alambagh, Lucknow and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent amenities and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all our needs. A special mention goes to Mr Ankit, whose support was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow.

Rooms and ambience are good at a decent price at Alambagh Lucknow area. Foods are amazing in terms of quality, hygiene, cleanliness with several choices for every individual. Services are quick. Hotel is equipped with gym with essential instruments for fitness enthusiast.

Very conveniently located, less than 2 km from rail, right next to metro and close to airport, it's location is the highlight. Rooms were nice, but just a little small. Staff were pleasant and service was good. Shopping complex attached is added convenience.

Relatively new building located on a very busy main road. Offers great services with friendly staff working to make your stay great. Also, located just beside a very busy mall gives you access to some good dining and shopping experience. The only drawback is it's too costly for what it's worth, especially the food prices are over the roof, something the that needs to be looked into!
