OYO Flagship Ravindra Kiran Inn

This hotel is located in the perfect location, within walking distance of metro. The rooms are perfect, with nice and clean bedsheets and cupboards, along with nice toilets. The neighborhood is really good, clean and accessible to all the daily needs. It has a get-it-all store in the ground floor. With reasonable price, I think this is a perfect hotel to stay in, whenever one visits Lucknow.

Although the owner and desk staff was polite and friendly, but I am still not happy with the facilities and services of this hotel, property is at good location but poorly managed, rooms weren't clean having dirty stains all over the floor washroom and even the towels. Toilet flush and soap dispenser also wasn't working. Not forget had to climb 3 floor by stairs due to lift failure. Overall don't prebook the rooms without checking the current situation of the rooms.

Average place to stay for the short time. Rooms are small, no lift and food service is available. Only kitchen is available for basics. Location is good, just opposite to munshipuliya metro station. Property is having three floors, it's good if u are staying in the group. On each floor there are 8 rooms and a common area. Staff is also not well trained.

Too far from the city but well connected via the metro, run down building when I visited. Confusing to understand whether it is open or not. Staff probably was young untrained locals, has a good view of the metro, a quite street. Stay if you plan to use a self drive car or are ok with taking metro rides.

Worse than a bus stop motel. Smelly rooms, seepage, fungus and black mold on the walls, broken locks and latches, dirty linens and pretty much everything is super bad. Water served in used bisleri bottles. Lists are endless Its on third floor with no lift. A big NO

This hotel has a very nice staff behavior with their cooperative nature with their customers. Also, the hotel rooms and quiet clean and beautiful. They give a fast service and always try to satisfy their customers. I will suggest everyone for this hotel where anyone is looking for a budget hotel.

Worst manager is very bad he charged 1200 room costing 700 and moreover they do not accept upi and cards, so i wll suggest find another instead of visiting this property

After long train journey, Such a good AC hotel..it is extraordinary for me. All staffs are good. Awesome breakfast! good for all.
