Hotel O Greenview Inn Near Munshi Pulia Metro Station

I booked a hotel through Oyo, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff said there were no rooms available. I contacted Oyo's customer service, but they didn't provide a refund and claimed that there's no policy for refunds. There's a lot of fraud happening here, and they're openly scamming people. Very poor service in Oyo.

No TV, broken mirror, broken and hanging bed, dirty bed sheet and blanket cover and pillow cover, no towel provided eben after asking so many times, rude staff. They denied the check in first bcoz room was booked at lower price according to them so i took oyo customer care help but they didn't provide any assistance,somehow booking was cancelled and i booked that hotel again at double price bcoz i was at the location. Room was provided after 2 hours of checkin. That too in some other building. Bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom geyser not working. Room full of cigarette smell and rats. Donot go with your family. I believed google ratings and paid for it. Most of the reviewers here seem to be fake. Overall worst experience.

Hotel Greenview Inn is the worst; it feels like a dreadful place. Extremely dirty, with rooms dirtier than the toilets, infested with cockroaches, and bed bugs. It's strongly advised not to book this hotel.

Horrible staff and rooms. They were way too rude and unprofessional. Started to argue when we asked we need to go outside for dinner and they denied we won’t wait for you to open the gate when you’ll come back and threatened that they’ll wait for 30 mins only. Also in the morning we ordered tea which we received after 1 hour and immediately a servant started to ask us to leave the room as it’s the check out time. Would suggest to look for another property rather than going to this nuisance place.

Worst experience I ever had, Untidy , unhygienic, bathroom was messed up with thick yellow stains, toilet seat was spoiled , pungent smell was coming from the bathroom, balcony was soo dirty as if it wasn't clean for 2 months , No remote for the window ac and just on and off , moreover upon starting ac , in every 10 mins it was getting tripped then we were keep calling reception no. 21 which they take another 15 mins to lift the tripped MCB , when asked for lemon water, they provided such a tiny piece of lemon probably 1/6 of size and says we have shortage of lemons , same they made the excuse on 2nd day also as we stayed for 2 days , wooden almirahs had thick layer of dust , also with regards to geyser , they said it is not in use , their are total 3 guys in that entire hotel who r managing , one is receptionist Lovlesh and remaining 2 more Untidy , unhygienic workers , also no have any closed car parking , they says they have CCTV but their front / outside hotel area is partially covered . Guys they charged me around 800 rs per day , I paid in total 1600 rs for two days but very much disappointed and regretful .

When I reached the hotel there was no room available at that point of time. Then the hotel person gave me some other suit which was good. But then they shifted me to another room as soon as someone check out from that room, but there was no TV there when I pointed out this the again shifted me to the previous suit, and told that they will change my room at any point of time if that suite is booked by someone, though this never happened. Also WiFi wasn't working. No water was provided. No Breakfast was provided.

very bad experience with oyo green view inn. service is also very bad, i had the worst experience ever. room is totally dirty. i was given a used bed without changed sheets, covered with stain, dirt and body hair. on complaint nothing was done. have not maintain. covid protocol. i paid in full and lost all my money and very rude behavior staff
