Room was average and AC was not working well. It was costly and even for a basic facility like water bottle, they charged extra.

horrible hotel not at all recommended staff misbehaves with customers. we asked for 2nd towel when 2 people were staying we paid for 2 people but the boy refused to give another towel very bad customer dealing .we ordered tea and manager forgot to provide .wen we called him he said he was arguing with other customers n forgot to place order. horrible behavior .tv was also only black n white.n price they charged for just 10 hours stay was 1100 .man to kiya lappad maru but...

I booked a room through oyo and paid direct to oyo online. After when i reached at hotel then they denied to give the room. After i pay extra cash for the room. Horrible experience at night.

I have booked this hotel under Agoda rooms. In Agoda the price is 600/night for three person but they are not accepting agoda and ask me to pay money 1500/night for one person . They are saying (Aas pass me hotel mehanga hai hum 600 me nhi denge. Aap jao apne paise agoda se lelo. Hum iss samay agoda se order nhi denge. Aap police me jaao ya kahi or wo kuch nhi karega. Rehna hai to 1500/night ek person ka pay karo or agar koi person Milne aata hai or half hours se Jada rukega to aapko 600/per person extra Dena hoga) But it's 0200 hrs I don't have other option. So, I stayed in Rudra hotel for 3 nights and paid for 4 nights as we need to cancel the booking for 4th night. The reason for the cancellation was the hotel services were worst. The linens were dirty, it was actually smelling very bad. The bed sheets were not clean and they didn't even changed it for 3 days. The overall hotel was also dirty. Toilets were dirty. There were no options for breakfast. They just had Maggie and bread jam that's it.The quality of food was very bad. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. The way they were treating us was very bad. In spite of these things the hotel was actually over expensive. I paid Rs.4500/night for three person(one room) which was a big amount if I compare the services they provided in this amount. People prefer agoda rooms because of their good services, but this hotel was terrible. Also I am not getting any response after complaining to agoda regarding this hotel. Till now agoda is famous good hotel but it seems now a days they are not maintaining their room standards.

I have visits twice and I would say it was really good experience. Room was so neat and clean they also arrange food which was good and best in price. Manager is so polite and helps in many things as arranging cabs, hospital visits and city tour. Overall good place to stay within your budget. Thank a lot Abhilash 😇

Very average , the staff is inclined to charge you the most, rest rooms are also average to nice , dont expect the extraordinary , in short rooms are decent , no dedicated parking available , you will have to park your vehicle on the road.. wishing!! it doesnt get towed by the traffic police , recommend only for small stays , otherwise avoid. Oyo bookings will not be entertained at this hotel. Beware in regards to that. If it is avoidable , kindle pass this place if possible.
