Absolutely horrible experience This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. First of all, they added extra charges at checkout that were never mentioned during booking. Felt completely cheated! The electricity kept going off, and they didn’t have a proper backup — we were left sweating in the dark for hours. AC not working properly .Totally unacceptable

Worst hotel stay ever They added extra charges at checkout with no explanation. Complete scam! There were frequent power cuts, and the backup didn’t work . AC were also not working properly and there was no remote . The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Any request was met with attitude or outright ignorance

They change the location of the stay to another without your permission. They do not give direct contact number instead the number given s a call centre number where nobody attends to you....Worst booking ever

The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is close proximity to airport. Rest all sucks. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. Water doesn't come properly in showers. No adequate staff. Restaurant is even worse. Food is not fresh. Overall the worst experience staying in a hotel

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos online are highly misleading. The rooms were filthy, with dusty floors, dirty mattresses, and an overall sense that the property is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly appalling—it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, with cigarette butts left behind. The lobby had an unpleasant odor due to leftover food plates being left outside for too long. Basic amenities were lacking—water bottles were only provided upon request, and even then, they were small. I’m shocked this hotel is part of the FabHotel brand. It completely fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Avoid at all costs.
