FabHotel Elysian Grand - Hotel in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos online are highly misleading. The rooms were filthy, with dusty floors, dirty mattresses, and an overall sense that the property is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly appalling—it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, with cigarette butts left behind. The lobby had an unpleasant odor due to leftover food plates being left outside for too long. Basic amenities were lacking—water bottles were only provided upon request, and even then, they were small. I’m shocked this hotel is part of the FabHotel brand. It completely fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

Booked my room 3 days in advance, informed Fab & hotel staff that I will chk in at 9pm as my flt was landing at 8pm. When I arrived at 9:15pm, I was shocked to learn that there was no room as the 'previous guests had overstayed & taken the keys along with them'! The staff ask3d me to shift to another hotel, far away from my place of interest, without any sense of urgency or need! The staff was hesitant to even give a call to the over-stayed guest to tell him what all problems he was creating by taking keys. The staff DID NOT MAKE ANY EFFORTS TO CONTACT ME & APPRISE ME OF THE SITUATION SINCE MORNING! This is totally unacceptable. Finally got the room as luckily one guest checked out at 10pm. The bathroom was dirty, no hot water (staff knew that geyser wasnt working as the previous guest had also informed them), no dusting done in the room, the floor was dirty, no dustbin, bed sheets were dirty, the whole floor was smelly. Wanted to place an order for some food, as I went down to the kitchen, saw a staff using the urinal & the go in the kitchen without even washing his hands...so dropped the idea of placing order & ordered food from outside. Next day the owner, who had taken over recently, was very apologetic & promised to look into the whole issue. Free WiFi? What WiFi???? Overall, a disastrous stay!!! Despite informing of all issues to Fab Hotels, there was no response from them!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN IN FAB HOTELS!

**Read this review very patiently** I have personally booked the entire hotel, which comprises 18 rooms, for a two-day stay. During the booking process, we had a clear and straightforward discussion about the provision of extra mattresses in all the rooms. However, when the time came to request these extra mattresses, the staff responded differently from what was initially agreed upon. ** Hamare pas nahi ha Ap khud Se kharid ke le ao rat ke 1 baje ye bol rahe ha ki ap khud se kharid ke le ao ** Now come to the room service part Whenever any of my guest is asking for something they were saying ** Agar cash ha tabhi kuch bhi saman denge warna nahi pani ke liye bhi agar 20 Rupey cash ha tabhi denge warna Pani bhi nahi denge** Nothing is working in this hotel neither the TV nor the switches everything is just on a temporary basis The person who is sitting in the reception whenever we are asking for anything he is simply says talk to the owner I can't do anything. And the most important point is the owner is SO RUDE towards the guests he is kind of using abusive language. So don't waste your money by booking this hotel I have wasted my 72K by booking this complete hotel for 2 days. Thanks Dinesh

One of the worst experience I had with hotel. No cleaning and all the rooms are very dirty. The staffs are not even bother to ask the guest to clean the room and no dental kit, water bottle, they even don't clean bed and toilets even after incoming. My recommendation is here please do not book this hotel and face the same consequences.

Location is close to the airport but hotel entrance is just close to the Nallah that stinks. Good for those who is looking budget hotel but can live with average hygiene and upkeep of the property and rooms.

Bathroom is dirty,no toiletries floor contains lots of dirty spots. No electric cattle provided also no water given. This was committed by booking agency.

Best hotel near Lucknow Airport considering the price range. I stayed with my family for one night( 18th March,2024). Location - Excellent( on the Lucknow - Kanpur Road). Parking - Excellent( In front of the Hotel). Connectivity - Superb. Metro in 2 minutes walking distance. Staffs - Courteous and helpful. ATM - Opposite side of the road. Only Bathroom Fittings were very old and rusty.
