OYO 49566 The Highway Inn

Very bad experience with this hotel. Bad smelling room with no facilities available as mentioned. You will only have a room with bad. There is TV but no plug available, AC not working, Geyser not working. Bathroom not cleaned and have no toilet soaps/handwash. Bill is not given at check in time and said to give at check out and provide a Food bill for room rent which is not a genuine bill

Booked this property through Oyo and full amount was paid at the time of booking.||||Booking Id FZES1784. Called the property in morning at 11am to confirm the status. Mr Rishabh confirmed that booking and asked for checkin time. ||||On reaching the location at 8pm in night property owner/manager denied the accommodation and asked for more 1000Rs. We checked the rooms and they were very bad smelling.||||When I refused to pay he said your booking will be cancelled with reason customer asked for upgraded room.||||Not recommended to stay here.

Not worth for even Rs 500 for the night, filthy n smelly rooms, room service not avlbl easily hardly managed by 1 or 2 persons. I will suggest go for some other hotel nearby even if u r single or with family. Basically its for other purpose type hotel not even hotel just 4or 5 rooms lodge.

It's house of mosquitos bcas alots of mosquito there in bathroom and in room also specaily behind ,dirty curtain,with total ( 1or 2 jo bhi hai)untrained staff, no breakfast availability in morning upto 9 uske bad ka bhi pta nhi , bad and uncomfortable stay....

Firstly the location was awesome and the service which I have got it was good and the staff was very well mannered and decent and everything was very clean and hygienic .overall the experience was very good .

Awesome stay. Very calm nature of both owner and staff. It was pleasure to stay there.
