I stayed here for a day. It was really easy to find the hotel. Great connectivity from metro and Lucknow train station. Room quality was alright but I was really impressed by timely turnaround to any issues I faced from Manisha, the receptionist. She adjusted with my checkin and checkout. It’s staff like these who ensure visitors opt to stay in the hotel again.

Room is worst and very unhygienic. Not at all clean. They did not provide water any bottle. it seems like they are more interested in offline booking. Only best part is location is very good.

DISAPPOINTED! This hotel has depreciated a lot what it used to be couple of years back. -There are a lot of BED BUCKS ( खटमल ) in almost every room..the staff is cooperating but quality has degraded. -They don't provide RO water now, they say that RO is not functioning. -Tables, bedsheets, mugs are always dirty or have cigarette ash everywhere. -windows are broken, washroom's sanitary conditions are POOR, handwash is broken or not at all there - Even if rooms are available, they won't provide complimentary early check-in -If you go at night, they will charge some extra money.

The reception lady is very rude in behaviour. Small were very small in sizes. The reception lady needs to be replaced with some good people who don't spoil the hotel's reputation. As per Oyo rules I can check-in complimentary after 10am but after showing her the rules on application, she said as per our rules you have to pay extra charges Rs 500 as early check-in charges. When I asked to show your policy, she said " maine bol diya apko wohi policy hai". Even she forced me to book offline in place of online. I request oyo to do proper scrutiny with such hotels which are not following Oyo policies and down grading Oyo reputation. For a good review on Google, they take the customer's phone & fill the review itself & give good ratings. Don't know what's going on with such hotels.

Those who are coming from South India 𝐊erala & Tamil𝐍adu this is the perfect place to stay... it's very near from VFS office.. Budget hotel good stay good room good service. 👍💯💯 the metro station is very near. The metro connectivity is very easy those who are coming from train railway station or airport the metro connectivity is very easy to this hotel. 💯💯👍❤️
