FabExpress Affection Inn - Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

The food was tasteless. The steamed rice we ordered was oily and cold . They do not provide customers with their best. The rooms were clear according to the price range but they should clean the dustbins before checking in any customer in that particular room. There were used ****** in that bathroom dustbin that was unhygienic. 😑

When you book via OYO it would show that your room is booked but upon coming to the Hotel they would ask you extra 200-300, which is totally unacceptable. Apart from this the rooms are not clean, bedsheets are also dirty, washroom was not up to the mark. Then there comes the issue of Wi-Fi, there was no recharge of the Wi-Fi and the TV was also not working. Not a good experience for me.

I'm noticing it from last 10 days...in evening staff use to consume alcohol...in evening not during night... service are okay but If you even ask for anything from room service they take alot of time to provide water bottle, towel etc you have to wait for at least 20minutes after communicating the requirement. I'll not suggest this hotel to anyone instead just look for other options...I was new here in Lucknow and I did mistake which I don't want anyone to suffer like me. And also I asked for fresh towel they refused saying that they provided towel in evening now they cannot provide...all thanks to me that I already had my own towel.. 'hygiene' they don't take this seriously

They are looting customers.. please don't book room here in any condition. They will charge you extra money. Even the condition of the rooms is below average and half of the things are not working. It is a pathetic place to stay.

Best stay. I am visiting this place for last 5-6 times. And I am totally satisfied and don't need any other stay point.👍

Rooms are spacious but one major drawback is it comes with lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches too. No complementary water bottles were given on arriving room.
